Off-Grid Telecom Station Power Supply
Reliable power is the foundation of every modern telecom network. However, in real-world scenarios, telecom sites in remote areas frequently face a variety of energy supply issues.Unstable power supply has a significant impact on equipment stability, service life and operational costs, especially amid the rapid surge in global oil prices.
Ningbo Spring Integration System provides hybrid power solutions engineered to keep telecom sites operating continuously, even in regions with unstable grids or harsh environmental conditions.

Our integrated power cabinets combine high-efficiency
- 24 kW and 36 kW rectifier systems
- Solar PV modules, intelligent PDUs
- ATS units
- VRLA or Li-ion battery banks
- Advanced monitoring devices
into a single, robust solution designed for long-term field performance.Spring’s hybrid power platform ensures stable DC output, optimized solar utilization, and seamless switching between grid, generator, and battery power.
The system reduces diesel consumption, lowers OPEX, and extends the life cycle of site equipment through intelligent load management and real-time performance analytics. The all-in-one cabinet is weatherproof (IP 55, dust- and water-sealed, –20°C to +60°C) rated and includes remote monitoring, EMS, and MPPT to enable easy operation and maximize power generation efficiency. By eliminating continuous generator runs, it slashes energy costs, maintenance requirements, and emissions.
Topology
In such hybrid systems, the PV array supplies daytime loads and charges batteries, which then power the station at night. Backup diesel generators (if fitted) only run when batteries are depleted, drastically cutting fuel use. By adopting a PV/BESS system, operational expenditure (OPEX) is commonly reported to be reduced by about 60%, while diesel consumption and other operation costs are cut by 50%.
